Before submitting your information, please confirm that your company meets the minimum requirements to partner with Guydlogistics:
- Your MC number has been active for at least 12 months.
- You maintain the following insurance coverage:
- $1,000,000 General Liability
- $1,000,000 Auto Liability
- $100,000 Cargo
- Maximum deductible $1,000
Carriers who do not meet these requirements will not receive follow-up communication.
